I love strawberries and they signal to me that summer is here. Emma and I gobble them so quickly so I wanted to buy an extra basket this week. Luckily for us we found a three pack for only six dollars at the farmers market today!

My favorite meal is strawberries and bread slathered in Riverview’s amazing almond/hazelnut butter. I have been dreaming about this combination since last summer. ^_^

I actually made small banana pancakes, spread the mascarpone over them and then layered the strawberries on top. It was divine!
I wish I had bought a whole flat from the farmers market rather than one basket.
