Way up high on papa’s shoulders. Emma is growing up so well. She has grown an inch since her birthday and is wearing new size two shoes!

sweet as can be
This six and a half year old is as sweet as can be. Except for when she is defiant as can be. ^_^
This book is a must read for parents of six year olds.
tides
We visited the beach in Alameda Tuesday morning with friends knowing that there would be low tide. Emma enjoyed walking around and exploring the muddy shore and digging. We then got to watch the tides roll in, and as you can see in this picture they were coming in two different directions. It was so calming to watch the patterns in the water.

On the balcony playing with her bunnies. We had a fun Easter eating carrot cake muffins, dyeing and coloring our hard boiled eggs and eating a chocolate and peanut butter filled egg and a chocolate rabbit. Lots of sweets and treats!
